There are lots of folks out there who have difficulties building new PC's on their own. GamePC's technicians get bombarded by support requests from first-time system builders who happen upon trouble when installing their newly bought parts. Unfortunately, our technicians are unable to help each individual computer out there put together their systems. To help our first time system builders, we've begun to offer the GamePC system re-build service to help get you back on the right track to a fully working, high-performance PC.

Here's how the process works.

You log on to our website and order GamePC's system rebuild service. At this time, any extra components you would like us to install in your system may be ordered as well, and placed in your system to be sent to us. Upon receiving your order, GamePC will contact you to get information about the system you're planning to send to us.

Your older system is sent to GamePC (Note : Shipping is paid by the buyer). GamePC technicians inspect the system and will warn you of any incompatibilities that may arise with your system upgrade. Upon approval, GamePC technicians will perform your system rebuild to your specifications. When finished, the upgraded system will go through the same rigorous burn-in periods as our built-from-scratch custom GamePC systems do as well.

Rebuilding your system usually takes 7-10 days under normal circumstances. This time incorporates the system break down, re-build and burn-in times. If the upgraded system components do not require major changes to the system architecture, many of these rebuilds can be done in 3-5 days.

Your system is sent back, and you receive a computer capable of running the tasks you want to run. It's really that easy!

Note : GamePC is not responsible for data loss on your system; please back up your data before sending it to us! Also, many manufacturers like Dell and Gateway use proprietary form factor cases, so we cannot guarantee that your new parts will work with your old case.
