Got a neat video editing card, RAID card, or a custom modified case that you don't want to toss out when you get a new GamePC system? No problem! Migrate it! GamePC offers a third-party component installation service, which allows customers to send a current system component of theirs to be installed in their new system for an installation fee. Our technicians will install and test your components to make sure they're working properly with your new GamePC system configuration.

Here's how the process works.

When a new system is purchased from GamePC, customers who want to send in older components for upgrade will also have to purchase the "Third-Party Component Installation Service" with their order. Upon receiving the order, a GamePC technician will contact you about the component(s) that will be send in for installation. At that time, shipping instructions will be provided on how and where to address the upgraded components.

Your component(s) to be installed is sent to GamePC (Note : Shipping is paid by the buyer). GamePC technicians inspect the component(s) and will warn you of any incompatibilities that may arise with your system upgrade. Upon approval, GamePC technicians will perform your installation to your specifications. When finished, the upgraded system will go through testing to verify the installed component is working correctly.

Sending third-party components may delay the normal 7-10 day GamePC system build time, depending on when the component arrives to us along with how difficult the component is to install and test.

Note : We reserve the right to reject components upon any grounds, although if a component installation is rejected, we will not charge the $25 installation fee. GamePC will not be responsible if a component is damaged in shipping or is not working when the component arrives to our location. All components shipped to us are not under warranty, and we will not provide technical support on these components.
